At Adhayatmik.com, we strive to deliver fresh and high-quality grocery products to your doorstep. Due to the nature of grocery items, our cancellation and refund policies are designed to ensure fairness and efficiency.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective items delivered
- Incorrect items delivered
- Missing items in the order
- To be eligible for a refund, issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Perishable items once accepted (unless damaged or spoiled)
- Failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer
