Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be provided in the following cases:
  • Damaged or defective items delivered
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Missing items in the order
• To be eligible for a refund, issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

• No refunds will be issued for:
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Perishable items once accepted (unless damaged or spoiled)
